What Does GTA Do?

The membership of GTA consists of all eligible bargaining unit members of Glendora Unified School District.

GTA represents its members; provides consultation with and for unit members; works with GUSD leadership to negotiate contractual language, salary and benefits, and a proper working environment at each school site; and works as a liaison between the unit members and CTA.

The mission of Glendora Teachers Association is to protect and promote its members' rights and create an exemplary learning environment for our students by:
